In many ways, finances can make or break our ministries. Deficit or the threat of deficit can become all-consuming, taking our time and energy away from the rest of ministry and even causing people to have to leave staff. On the other hand, a healthy financial situation frees us to focus on recruiting and training our mentors, loving on girls, and thanking donors without having to beg for help.
